The quality of the packaging box has a great decisive effect on the packaging of goods, so what factors will affect the quality of the packaging box in the daily production.　

1. Sometimes the layout will have multiple patterns arranged horizontally, so when you encounter this situation, there may be a problem that the colors of the patterns on the left and right ends of the printing plate are different. Especially when performing electro-engraving during plate making, there may be some changes in dot size from left to right, so there will be some differences in the printing effect at the left and right ends of the plate cylinder during printing.

2. If the room temperature in the printing workshop changes significantly, the ink flow will also change due to the temperature change. Therefore, it is generally necessary to control the temperature at about 23 degrees Celsius for color box packaging in most production workshops. Then in winter, when printing and using ink, it needs to be preheated in advance to ensure that the fluidity of the ink can be increased during printing.

3. If the dots are blocked, it will cause the ink transfer to decrease, so the color of the printed matter will be different from the design. When a blockage problem occurs, it is necessary to use a solvent or a special cleaning agent to clean the printing plate.

4. The wind blowing in the printing conditions will also cause changes in the printing speed and drying speed, so it is possible to cause some changes in the color of the printed matter.
