There are several acrylic printing processes

Acrylic printing process mainly includes the following technologies:

Screen printing: Screen printing is a traditional printing method that is suitable for simple logo printing in a single color. Its operation is relatively simple and low cost, and it is one of the most commonly used methods for printing acrylic products.‌ 1

UV flat printing: This method cures the ink through ultraviolet light, which has the advantages of non-discoloration and scratch resistance, but is limited by printing accuracy and visual effects, and has a limited range of applications.‌ 2

Acrylic hot stamping process: Use hot stamping shadowless glue to attach the photo film to the back of the transparent acrylic plate, and then cure the glue by ultraviolet lamp. This method is suitable for printing where high precision and high quality are required.

Inkjet printing: Similar to common stickers, pictures can be printed and pasted directly on acrylic products, suitable for applications requiring quick replacement or temporary display.

UV printing: also known as 3D flat color printing, suitable for products with complex colors, the printed surface feels raised and is not easy to fade or scratch.

Microcarving: suitable for uneven plates, the color is transparent like frosted after microcarving, and can also be colored to make the logo more obvious.

Digital printing: A layer of oil film is sprayed on the acrylic plate and then printed, with high precision and high flexibility, but poor scratch resistance and high temperature resistance.‌ 3

Each of these technologies has its own advantages and disadvantages and is suitable for different application scenarios and requirements.Choosing the right printing process depends on specific project requirements, cost considerations, and available equipment and technical support.‌
