Acrylic food boxes are made of transparent acrylic, generally with a thickness of 2-3mm. If it is too thin, it is easy to deform and bend. If it is too thick, the cost is relatively high. The most commonly used acrylic boxes in factories require three processes.

1. Acrylic boxes  Cutting: Cut the acrylic sheet to an appropriate size. Of course, when selecting boards in the early stage, you need to communicate with the customer first about the type and color you want.

2. Acrylic boxes  Polishing: After cutting, the cut surface of acrylic is relatively rough and opaque, and it does not look very beautiful, so it needs to be polished and polished afterwards. After polishing, it can achieve a high transparency effect. Generally, cloth wheels and diamond polishing machines are used.

3. Acrylic boxes Bonding: Splice the 5 panels of the acrylic box together, apply glue on the place where the surfaces are in contact, wait for a period of time for the glue to dry, the acrylic can be well dissolved together, and it is very firm. Coupled with a special cover, such an acrylic box is made, which looks both beautiful and practical.
