2. What’s your payment term and delivery time?

a.Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment

b. Irrevocable L/C at sight.

c. And sure,EXW price & cash are also acceptable

d.The delivery time is 15 days after order be confirmed. But for the exact date,please check with our sales team.

3. How is the goods being packed?

Bubble film for Upright and Bracket, carton for base board,layer board,back board and blocking board or any other packing upon customer’s request.

4. What is your average production delivery time?

Around 15 days against formal order and deposit.

5. I’m not sure about your product, can you send me sample for reference?

For sample order, sample and freight fee will be charged.But when we received your first formal order, the sample fee will be refund to you.

6. I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?

Yes, we can go with your customized design, no matter small or big qty. However, pls understand the cost will be different.
