Q: Who design the structure of the cardboard display?
A: JC Displays could design according to customer’s product size, main goal market and marketing position, the structure is designed based on customer’s product packing size, only reference, not available in stock since it is customized. If you like, we can design similar display according to your product packing.

Q: What kind of material for cardboard displays?
A: Generally, we adopt A9/B9/W9/K9(E-flute) corrugated cardboard for cardboard counter display (PDQ/CDU), K3/K5 (B-flute) corrugated cardboard for cardboard floor display. Anyway, it is adopted according to your products (size, shape ,weight, etc.), the material we adopt is very sturdy and eco-friend(100% recycled)

Q:  Will you help us with the graphic file?
A: Generally, it is better if the graphic file (in CDR,AI and EPS)is made by customer according to the die-cut line which our company supply. If customers couldn’t design the We process the printing and coating based on customer’s document requirement.

Q: What is the final price for cardboard displays?
A: The price we quoted before sample making is for your reference, the exact price will adjust according to the design, size, printing color, material and quantity.

Q:Can we use the color sample by ink-jet printing to check the color in mass production?  
A: No, because the process of ink-jet printing is totally different from offset printing in mass production. The color will be different from the colors in mass production. so the sample with graphic is only used to confirm the word, picture, it’s not the standard color. If customers want to see how the color will look like in mass production, we will offer customer A3 or A4 size printing proof which is 90% close to the color in mass production.

Q: What is the MOQ of the cardboard displays?
A: The MOQ for cardboard counter display(CDU and PDQ) is 500pcs, the MOQ for cardboard floor display stand is 200pcs, the sample fee will be refundable after bulk order is confirmed.

Q: What’s the standard of the printing area and surface treatment?
A: The biggest printing area is 1.2*1.6m,we won the biggest printing machines in Shenzhen, the cardboard displays could be 4c offset printing and many mounting, lamination, UV vanishing, die-cut machines.

Q: What's the lead time for bulk order? And the payment terms? 

A: About 15-20days after deposit reaches our account by TT, 40% of total amount as deposit. After the goods finished and checked by customers, the 60% balance needs to be paid then, that is before shipping.
