A: You can inspect by visit factory by person, or ask third party to inspection, or by picture inspection.

A: The freight wil be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.

Q: How to handle damaged goods during transportation?
A: After you receive the goods, provide clear photos and videos of the damage as well as the specific quantity of the damaged items. We offer two solutions:
① Refund the difference for the damaged products (excluding freight).
② Make up for the damaged quantity in the next order.
