1. Can you custom make as our design and requirement ?

Yes, please kindly send your design drawing and detail requirement to us.

2.For the first order, can we place a sample order?

Yes, of course. Sample order is welcomed.

3. Do you offer FREE sample for test first?

We need to charge for the sample cost, but it can be refundable if your purchase quantity are large enough.

4. What is your terms of payment?

T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.  

6. How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 4 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

7. About the quality control, how will your factory guarantee it?
